Essential oils
Essential oils have been part of my family’s life for generations, and I’ve seen them gently support wellness through pregnancy, birth, and everyday life.

As Proverbs 17:22 reminds us, “A cheerful heart is good medicine”, essential oils can be one small way to encourage calm, joy, and wellness in your home.
Gentle Fascia Release
And I am not licensed in this, I just got taught it from another Doula
Pregnancy is a beautiful and transformative journey, but it can also bring new aches, tension, and discomfort as the body changes. One gentle and supportive way to ease these changes is through fascia release.
Fascia is the web-like connective tissue that surrounds our muscles and organs. During pregnancy, the growing baby and shifting posture place new demands on the body, which can cause fascia to become tight or restricted. Gentle fascia release works by slowly and intentionally easing this tension, helping the body soften and adapt more comfortably.
Benefits of gentle fascia release during pregnancy may include:
Reduced back, hip, and rib discomfort
Less swelling in the feet and ankles
Improved posture and mobility
Easier, more comfortable breathing
Increased relaxation and better sleep
Supporting pelvic balance and preparation for birth
Because fascia release is done slowly and with mindful touch, it naturally helps calm the nervous system. As the body relaxes, many parents become more aware of their breath, physical sensations, and their baby’s movements. This awareness creates a quiet opportunity to slow down, listen to the body’s needs, and gently connect with baby throughout pregnancy.
Psalm 46:10 “Be still, and know that I am God.” This scripture points us toward rest and trust; gentle fascia release can be one small way to support relaxation and balance throughout pregnancy.
